NO.10 represents a complete architectural and interior transformation of a traditional 1990s Northern Irish residence into a refined, modern luxury home. The project included a substantial building extension, full spatial reconfiguration, and the creation of entirely new functional areas — all design and full implementation carried out by STUDIOA1 Interior Design.
All window dimensions were redesigned, resized, and newly supplied to enhance natural light, improve proportions, and align with the contemporary architectural vision. From concept to execution, every architectural and interior detail was delivered by STUDIOA1 Interior Design.
The development has been executed in two carefully structured phases.
